The domain name http://www.cockpitindia.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Convex Digital Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 1st Floor Vigyan Vihar Main Road, Delhi – 110092 .

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Convex Digital Software Solutions Pvt Ltd and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with cockpitindia.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires ‘You’ or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. Cockpit India allows User to surf the Website without registering on the Website. The term “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean Convex Digital Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

When You use any of the services provided by us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Customer Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The shipping charge is based on the weight of each product (higher of actual or volumetric weight). For multiple products, the shipping charges of each individual product are summed up to ascertain the total shipping charge. The minimum weight taken into account is 500gms.

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

In Stock: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be upto 7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Contact us” form and we will let you know once it is available for sale.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Presently, we offer our services to only those customers who have a valid reason to access international departure area at IGI Airport as passengers or workers or aviators. Your ability to access the terminal areas will not be the responsibility of Cockpit India. This experience can be gifted to another person through on-line contact form.

1. Cancellation done before 48 Hours, 100% Refund.
2. Cancellation done 24 Hours prior to booking 50% deduction
3. Cancellation done after 24 hours 25% deduction

Flight packages or Flight Experience once bought can be revalidated to cover up to one-year period during which time you can avail our services. Request for refund due to customer’s own choice will entail deduction of 25% and all applicable taxes. Refund will be given in the account through which payment was received within three working days of receiving the cancellation request. Refund request must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled booking time and past this time, no request will be entertained. No refunds will be given to those who reschedule their booking and then seek refund. Failing to avail the services after scheduling for two times, no more rescheduling is permitted. However, the customer can walk-in within one-year validity period to avail the flight experience.

Flight Experience packages cannot be traded for merchandise.

The flight experience booking can be re-booked or amended 24 hours before the flight booking time. If the customer fails to either cancel or report to the outlet at the booking time, the Flight Experience Package would deem to have been utilized. Prior information of customer arrival time as per booking order will entail minimum delays for the experience.

However, if a flight cancelled due to technical or administrative problem, the flight can be rescheduled or refunded as per customer’s request. Refund will be given in the account through which payment was made. Applicable taxes will be deducted in all cases of refund. Refund is to be requested by using our on-line contact form.

When you buy our products, and the products are not in accordance with the orders placed, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 3 days of receipt of your products. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

In case you feel that the product received is not as per the order placed, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
